Hard times have hit homeowners, renters, the homeless, and Section 8 families alike. The legislature must address these issues promptly and efficiently. Property Rights and our Property Tax structure are in desperate need of an overhaul. Let my years of experience working in Seattle’s housing market be an asset to the new legislative session as they address these issues.
I’ve spent decades as a broker and builder with hands-on experience, restoring and repairing neglected properties for the benefit of Section 8 tenants. These families are an important part of our community, and they deserve a representative who will see them and who will bring solutions to the table.
